Discover a plant of the future!
It is embedded in an eco-park.
Our feeds are oil, bio and recycled origin.
From these feeds, we make fuels for transportation and polymers through a continuous process.
The site is supervised from a central control room.
The main activities of the site are conducted during weekdays.
In the morning, the multidisciplinary business team reviews, the daily status of production, maintenance and economical targets.
Here is Freddy, who begins his training.
He learns how to operate and manage his new units through simulation tools that he can access at any time.
Freddy is now fully operational and multi-task.
He will take up his new assignment as a boardman.
When something abnormal is detected on a machine, a notification is sent in real-time to the outside operator and to the central control room for assessment.
Jenny receives the notification to check the machine.
She gets all historical and live data to perform her diagnosis.
She then sends her understanding to remote experts and other industrial sites.
Together they analyze the anomaly.
That’s the “Smart room”, a new way of working together!
Jenny issues the e-permit and the needed piece is fabricated locally to shorten the response time and reduce cost.
Jenny marks out a restricted area to protect her colleagues.
Once the problem is solved, she shares her return of experience.
As a boardman, Freddy sends a drone when he wants to explore an opportunity for a new feedstock.
In this case, the drone takes a feed sample for analysis.
This new feedstock is used to produce polymers which will be sold to a factory next-door.
Then, the site collects recyclables from this factory in order to make new feeds.
Our products are used everywhere.
The cars of the future for example, rely on our polymers and energies.
The plant of the future is responsible, efficient and sustainable, because we are THE responsible Energy Major.
