Our Service Stations: One Stop Shops

Another night, another day at the office.
The team's all ready.
I am the dealer at Total 14th Avenue, I manage the 32 employees that we have in our team.

Shiraz and I work together, and as a team we make all the difference that makes the business the success that it is today.
My function is to run the restaurant side.

A typical day in the life of a dealer starts at about 4.30 am every morning.
We have a shift change at 6:00 am, get the teams all in place, check that everything is in order on site.
I'm on the forecourt, I'm in the Bonjour, chatting to the people, greeting, seeing that everyone is attended to.
Our service is fast and efficient, and that's what we really do until the rush hour passes.
